Best Western Plus Elizabethtown Inn & Suites

Everything ! The Hotel was beautiful , organized and clean. The Desk Staff was Fabulous. At check in Kaydance was exceptional. Besides her normal check in for us , she helped me determine that I had already registered as a Best Western Member and also arranged for us to add on an extra night. She was knowledgeable and patient. Our room was comfortable and clean. Everything was in working order. We had a great nights sleep on a clean and very comfortable bed. The next morning Pam helped me determine my Best Western Member number for future stays. She was kind , knowledgable and has the greatest smile. We felt right at home. Pam helped us with our plans for the day Directing us to the Bourbon Trail to Bardstown and a visit to the Lux Distillery . At breakfast our host was Ron who was also kind and friendly. He was helpful and we enjoyed visiting with him. Once again his hospitality was amazing … We felt welcome and right at home. In addition to the staff above … Housekeeping greeted us with smiles and a greeting when they were coming into work. We are heading to Florida for the Winter and will stay at your Best Western in Elizabethtown next spring on our way back to Michigan for the summer.

Good staff, room was good, overall good value.

There was a Mr. Ron who was working the breakfast that morning before we left out. He was exceptional! He was so friendly, and went out of his way to take care of us! The food was also exceptional - have never been treated that way before!

The hotel lobby and the room were both very clean. The bed was absolutely amazing on the comfort scale. The coffee/tea bar was a great thing to have available, but some half & half creamer would’ve been nice.

Very nice staff! Special thanks to Joe, who welcomed us warmly and to Mr. Ron at breakfast, who treated us like family and didn't rush anyone although breakfast time had ended. Newer very clean facility with high ceilings and wide hallways and large rooms. Shout out to housekeeping for a spotless room and public spaces!
